1. Who we are
Schengen Shuffle ("the Service") is operated by Jason Mabile, a sole proprietor based in Louisiana, USA ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these terms.
2. What the Service does
The Service monitors third-party flight and accommodation prices and notifies you about round-trip travel bundles, and provides a Schengen 90/180-day calculator. Prices shown in alerts are as observed at search time and may change or disappear before you book. We do not sell travel, take bookings, or handle payments to travel providers. The 90/180 calculator is an aid, not legal or immigration advice — you are responsible for your own visa compliance.
3. Accounts
Sign-in is by one-time email link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service (for example, automated scraping or attempting to burn our data-provider quotas).
4. Subscriptions and auto-renewal
Premium is an annual subscription billed through our payment partner Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Your subscription renews automatically every 12 months at the then-current price for your plan unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime via the link in any Paddle receipt email or from the Billing page; after cancelling you keep Premium until the end of the paid period, then move to the Free plan. Founder-priced subscriptions keep their price for as long as the subscription remains active.
5. Refunds
If Premium isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your first purchase for a full refund. Renewals may be refunded within 14 days of the renewal charge. Refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any price shown will be available when you book, that alerts will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the 90/180 calculation matches how a border authority counts your days. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Termination and changes
You can delete your account by contacting us. We may modify these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
